Not even trolling! Not sure what it is about this thread that upsets people. We win the 3 biggest games on our schedule while still getting the first pick. It's not realistic for this team to win a lot this year. Might accept this! I've been a fan through some horrible years and this year won't be worse than any of the other bad ones. Accept we will lose some games and set our sights on some smaller goals like beating the 49ers

I think it might be better to have a awful season. But it’s so hard to root like that. I want them to win it all. Or see lock make major strides and become a star.

Oh I fully agree! I will root for us every game. But long term I imagine finishing dead last will be better than finishing middle of the pack and missing the playoffs. The draft position is huge if we're gunning for a QB. It may be tough to watch but it would likely be better for the team overall. Regardless I'll simply just cheer for us to win each game

That's a mindset I can agree with. Unfortunately I suspect we will finish middle of the pack. Again. Although, middle-ish of the big pack got us last place in our division last year...
It will be very interesting to see if, over one offseason, we have become stronger with our overall roster enough to offset recession at QB. Once that happens we will be on our way back to top end contention.
