I'd still be fine with Brkic or Mevis over Myers.

Six picks left to our #145 and there are still some good defenders on the board.

Dang it Zac Tom off the board. He would have been a perfect fit for our scheme at center.

I'm not sure why the Hawks would make that trade...Doesn't really seem worth it unless they're after someone who they thought would be an UDFA but got word that someone else was planning to draft them.

Overall, I'm a fan of it. In the fifth, adding extra selections anywhere with a trade down is worth it. All about quantity in the later rounds, in my eyes.

Also, Sam Howell just went at 144.

Reading into this a bit, if Seattle wanted Howell there and knew they were being jumped, makes sense to pick up a bit of value.

Makes sense. Times like these, I have to remind myself that I'm not in the war room and I have no idea about what's happening on an intricate level.

Interesting, I would read the opposite into it. They traded down 13 picks when their selection was still several picks away. To me that says they weren't targeting a specific player but have a number of guys with a similar ranking.

If they wanted Howell they would have taken him. I doubt that is why they traded down. They must have a QB they like late they don't want to have to convince to come here. Late round flier at 233.

I don't really keep up with the college game/players but according to the ESPN best available by draft grade Sam Howell is has the highest draft grade by at least 7-8 points of the closest player and is the only one rated in the 80's left at an 85.

I know from what little I have looked through he was in the handful of qb's jt seemed there was a consensus on possibly getting a shit somewhere. Seems mechanics are an issue but coaching could fix that and seems he has the best deep ball of anybody in this draft?

Seems like one of these two picks wouldn't be bad take a chance on him. I mean at worse we could have a better backup than Smith or Lock with a higher ceiling. They could still shake up the qb room again next year.

Why trade down 13 spots for a 7th rounder that has .01% chance of making the team or doing anything, definitely the first negative move of this draft. Quality over quantity for a rebuild.

Or no one they particularly had to have at this point.

Zappe and Howell gone. I guess I'm all-in on Baker. Lock needs at least some legitimate competition.

Which picks do the Seahawks have left number wise? I thought they had 145.
