I'd let him come to camp on a minimum contract. I believe he can return punts and if we let Tate walk in FA and cut Rice he adds some decent depth.

Not at all interested in an oft-injured vet like Nate. This will be a buyers market for free agent WRs and a maybe historically great WR draft class. There are far better options out there.

Just got released by the Lions. Would you want him back to fill the Syndney Rice role if we could get him for a decent wage? I always liked Nate and was kicking myself when we let him go.

It's almost that time of year, reckon a reminder is in order.

Discussion regarding non-seahawk players belong in the NFL forum *unless* there is a legitimate source linking the player to the team i.e. "espn reports that Nate Burleson will be in Seattle for a workout on Wednesday". Wanting a player to come to Seattle does not make it Seahawk related ;).

I know it sounds nitpicky, but we have that rule for a good reason which becomes apparent when free agency kicks in to high gear.

Appreciate the moment of everyone's time to clarify the matter.
