We're witnessing something we've never seen in the history of this franchise. And we're coming off the biggest comeback victory in team history. I don't know how you can't be loving this ride.

I let go of expectations at 21-0, started watching the game, then ....almost miraculously, found myself enjoying the game. It was amazing. No more expectations, I don't give a crap what the line is or what analysists are sayin. I'm gonna enjoy 8-1 for now, root for 9-1 next week, and actually start enjoying this season.

Luckily our DVOA is a lot better than KC's.

I heard we had never been 7-1 but haven't found any info on if we have ever been 8-1 before

IIRC we were 8-2 in Holmy's first season and had a horrible collapse down the stretch. Records don't mean anything. We are 1-0 this week. Next week is new.
