Well, after over a decade of watching Andy Reid in his catatonic state, I'm sure anybody would love to see something like this linked to a guy who MIGHT be their new head coach. It's a night and day difference and Philly fans love stuff like this. Especially when you consider how greatly their team has underachieved. They probably want Gus to come in and whip everybody into shape. I honestly think he'd make a better Head Coach than Defensive Coordinator. As a motivator and a leader, he's excellent by all accounts. In game adjustments and being able to get his uber-talented defense to seal the deal? Not so much, yet.

I remember that video when it first aired on Seahawks All Access and I always think of "DO YOUR JOB" when I hear about Gus Bradley.

I get why the Eagle fans like that. The general feeling that Reid was lax, not benching receivers who got petulant on the field, putting up with malcontents, etc, would make that video appealing to me too.
For Jeff Lurie, restructuring the power base has to be attractive. Reid demanded and had so much autonomy that there was a perception of yes men and a lack of collaberation in Philly.
