Charter 300 is under cover. I am going to wear a base layer though as well as liquid warm up pregame.

4th row charter in the 300 level are in the tiny little ledge that overhangs the lower level. This is fairly exposed, especially if there is any breeze, and especially if you are on the east side of the stadium (prevailing winds drive rain into the east visitors side of the stadium).

I would not assume you are out of the elements...

I meant for the Seahawks. Latest weather reports are indicating a Category 5 Hurricane that will reside only over the location any Falcons player inhabits.
