Neutral zone calls

Did any one notice on the neutral zone calls, the center moving the ball forward? I was noticing the ball was about a foot
forward of the superimposed LOS on the screen on those calls.

I could see the 2nd Bennetn NZ infraction before it was called, from the TV angle. If the center was playing games moving the ball forward to create this infraction, this would help explain the apparent cluelessness on Bennett's part.
