Who is the dude in the Seahawks jacket (pic posted)?

Anyone recognize the guy sitting in the chair at the start line of the 40 yard dash at the combine?

My guess is that its one of the scouts that is beneath everybody's radar.

He is the future GM for some other team in the NFL

Don't think he's a coach, so I'm guessing that JSeahawks is right and it's a scout.

To me ....... he looks like a very focused Keith Carter.

By all accounts Carter was viewed as a promising tight end, h-back and special teams player at UCLA. Unfortunately, his playing career in football was side tracked by multiple surgeries after suffering a fractured and dislocated hip in a motorcycle accident. Hopefully, any chip on his shoulder over the loss of his playing career will serve him well in pursuit of his coaching career. Keith Carter is the grandson of NFL Hall of Fame defensive lineman Gino Marchetti of the Baltimore Colts.

That is John Foot... head of holding clipboards while sitting on chairs for the Seattle Seahawks. It was a real coup to get him from Green Bay, where he was previously in charge of distributing pens and pads.
