Russ was pretty much all deep shot. Geno throws about zero. Just a tick of balance wouldn't hurt my feelings. Goodwin, Lockett and Metcalf are all capable of taking the top off.

Geno's 12th in passes over 20 years. Russ was just an outlier who relied almost exclusively on them.

But there hasn't. He's thrown and been successful on deep shots most of the year.

He's just more normal about it than our previous QB.
