Alternates are not allowed in the Super Bowl. If we make it, we will for certain be wearing all white. Unless a surprice afc wildcard team gets there and decides to pull "a stealers" and wear white as the home team.

I don't think the grey pants qualify as alternates. I think that might just be the jerseys.

Pants definitely aren't considered alternates. We wore gray pants in Carolina week 1

I much prefer the white/grey combo to all white.

It will be interesting to see if the AFC rep chooses their home or away threads.

Correct. The pants alone don't qualify as alternates. It's the tops that decides the status as a "Third Jersey/Alternate". While the "Uniform" refers to the jerseys, pants, helmets etc., the rules on home and away refer to the jersey alone per the NFL Bylaws.

If the Dolphins make it to the SB, we'll be in home jerseys.

FUN FACT: "Every current NFL team has worn white at home at some time in its history, except for the Seattle Seahawks."
