There were only 200 tickets left for sale after they filled the orders for season ticket holders etc. There were likely tens of thousands of people looking to get their hands on those 200 tickets, making it VERY difficult to get them unless your timing is absolutely perfect.

There will be tickets available on the market for the game, but the prices will go up exponentially dependent upon demand.

I was on the website at 9:59 clicking refresh. At 10:00 AM I got in and was able to search. At 10:00:30 my search was complete and there were no tickets available. I guess I'm not going to my first Seahawks game after all.

TicketMaster is the worst. I'm sure scalpers with bots snatched up all the tickets at 10:00:01 and have already put them up on StubHub at 3x the face value

no luck for me I had two phone calling, an tried for 3, 2, then 1 ticket withing the first few minutes and got nothing, tired family section still no go.

I was on the line with the automated system about 9:58 and it seemed to be moving forward right at 10:00 it just went into repeat mode and keep saying "if you like to continue wiht the automated system say proceed" I would and it'd just tell me i'm using the automated system and I'd say proceded, did it about 10 times then got pisssed. Called for 10 min staight after that and got busy the whole time.

Something seems fishy to me.

I'm SO tempted to start making false reports/complaints on the seats behind me and next to me in the Hawks Nest that always have different people in them - they are pretty clearly seats that a ticket broker purchased. While the people that end up sitting there tend to be nice, I'd much rather that they weren't getting ripped off by a ticket broker, and would much rather have someone who was there week in and week out.

yep, still cheaper than a Canucks playoff game though...and who wants to to go watch that shit with how the NHL is nowadays? I would probably go, but a long drive and expensive downtown hotel room would make it about as cheap as going to Vegas. I do one game a year and did mine already....will be interesting to see what NFC championship tickets go for! But for now I'm still thinking...after all we don't want niner/gb fans buying up all the tickets!

I failed as well. I already have to pay for flights and hotel so forking out $300 a $500 apiece for two tickets gets a little tough.

Not true, but close to the truth. I got the privilege of sitting at the top of the stadium for the jaguars game. Had I known better, I would have bought the best tix available. Get on the blue pride waiting list when it opens up again.

Lol yea I find this quite comical that people are legitimately dissapointed about not getting playoff tickets on ticketmaster.

This year when the reg season tix went on sale I had me and 6 co-workers simultaneously at 10am the millisecond they went on sale trying to get tix to various games. The only ones I got were nosebleeds to the Minnesota & Jax games, and that's without even trying for the SF or Saints games as I knew it was hopeless

The prior year I did the same thing with just 1 other co-worker and we ended up with zero tickets

This is absolutely the time of year where the Season Ticket holders reap the rewards (as they should) and ticket brokers basically handle the remaining 6,000 or so tickets and sell em at 3-5X face value like the sharks they are (and because they can)

In 2005 I logged on ticketmaster and got a ticket for the NFCCG in the 200 level. Times have changed since then as we now have a waiting list for season tickets. 2005 there was not a waiting list at that time it was just getting started. Needless to say I struck out .
