I loved watching Hayes and Largent go at it out when I was kid. Epic battles.

I remember Hayes like it was yesterday. He would have that stuff all over his arms and hands. There was one clip in the 70's pre game where he was crouched down, rocking side to side in a stretching activity talking smack and it was everywhere. It certainly became a point of controversy.

It looks like a frayed stitch to me. You don't see it any where else on the glove.
