Yes but not at his contract.
Elliott was cut. But at this stage of his career, he should be considered no more than a solid backup.
If we are going to the draft, I would like to draft Chase Brown around the 4th round. I am an Illini fan and watch all their games. He was close to leading the nation in rushing (1,643 yards). He is smart, technically solid, uses his blockers very well, can catch the ball., decent speed (4.4). His brother Sydney is a good DB, too. If either of them are still available round 4, I'd give them a good look. The negative on him is size -- only 209 pounds. He would be a good backup for Walker, but we still need a power runner in the backfield -- a short yardage guy and good blocker. Too bad Williams is gone.

Walker is a beast. They both are.
D’Onta Foreman. 914 yds. Last season for Panthers.
Age 26. 236 pounds. $3 million for 1 yr. Would you do it?
