I think being just under Rodgers and above everyone else is perfect.

Like Casserly was saying about the Colts and Manning back in the day, GB focusses on the QB spot and receivers to win. The Hawks rely on secondary, a rushing attack, speedy linebackers, and a mobile QB to get it done.

I like our FO's creation better.

Seems like a silly argument, you can look at it both ways. If it's 5 years TOTAL (with the 4 year extension) it's 17.8 a year TOTAL. Oh well, don't really care either way, not like anyone is wrong, just is how you look at it.
He could have make them tear up that final year, and forced them to make it well over 100 mil total over 5 years.

And overall, seems like a great deal for both sides. :thirishdrinkers:

I should have taken Hansgruber's bet...

With this level of deal, there is added pressure on Wilson, IMO. No more slow starts! My heart can't take another season of often being behind until the middle of the 3rd quarter.

Contract seems generous, but overall fair. (if that makes sense). Glad he's signed.
