As I said (or if I forgot) - felt really gross to root for Russell Wilson. He is disgusting as a human being and a horrible QB.

the first quarter was very bad, got to wonder what's going on. Russ got freedom now, free from Pete, got an offense guru with proven record as OC/HC, an OL better than Hawks', decent weapons. Russ is making Geno look legit.

why is he sucking so bad?
Well, at least he doesn't have to put the team on his back. Haha

Russell may have chosen Denver because their defense is 10 times better than ours

Wilson (and some of his fans around here) thought he was "pulling a Brady," going to a team that was stacked everywhere except QB.
The biggest difference is that Brady is smart enough to adapt his game to the situation, and one of his biggest strengths all along, even in his 20s when he was a "game manager," was the ability to read the defense quickly and get the ball out quickly and effectively. Those things uh... don't apply to Wilson.

You are aware that they scrapped Arians offense in favor of Brady's style offense when he signed?

EDIT - For whatever reason, the article is not showing up, but you can google it. The team changed their offense to Brady's when he got there.

But would you rather have Russ than Charles Cross, Boye Mafe, another first, another second, Shelby Harris, Noah Fant, Drew Lock, and the absence of a 50m APY contract?
Idk honestly. Geno is incredibly un-clutch. This current team is not built to win close games .

Brady also doesn't hold the team hostage for a huge contract. He wants salary cap to bring in other people who want to win as badly as he does. And if anyone would be justified doing this , it would be
Tom MF Brady.

He literally made the play, that was erased by a holding call. Then the guy who has been beating our offensive line every time we play the Falcons made the play of the game. Sure Geno should have unloaded it, but the routes were late developing. Someone said that there was an open receiver on the opposite side of the field for the fourth and eighteen, but he was flushed to the right by the rush and does not have the arm strength to throw to the opposite side of the field, which is one of the cardinal rules for QBs not to do.
