Percy Didn't Practice Today

I believe league protocol on concussions, say that an independent doctor must clear him, not a team doctor

You need both. First the team doc, then the independent doc.

Someone hasn't cleared him yet to practice.. but its hard to figure out without any knowledge of what the team doctors decided. If they've already cleared that hurdle, then there is a real shot he plays and maybe even takes part in practice tomorrow or the walkthrough on Saturday.. if he hasn't.. its likely not happening

Hopefully Percy can work through the process and play on Sunday. Percy or no Percy, the other receivers need to step up. Can't play like last week offensively (passing attack) and expect to win this game. The 49ers have a better defense than the Saints did and the Saints defense was darn good.
