ya, that story has some serious holes... First, he got shot in the arm, then it was the head, then he lost his vision... and he sued before, but it was thrown out and it has now been refiled...

He was shot in February. They've been friends for several years. A lot of people with their types of backgrounds don't trust police so they don't cooperate with them. His suit had to be refiled because the original one said he was shot in the face. It had to be amended to shot in the hand then travelled to his face.

Appears that the dude is going down in flames. Innocent until proven guilty, but that's not realistically the case with celebrities from a public perspective. Good luck finding an unbiased jury. He was also just released by the Patriots.

Sad situation for sure. It appears he's looking over his shoulder at the life that was. If he's just being arrested for obstruction he has a chance at a future if found guilty or not. If it ends up being for murder, or accessory to a murder...hes probably done...guilty or not.
