We have $13.3 million in space. We have signed no one of significance. We have limited draft choices to trade. We have made no trades.

Has the front office already given up for the season?

Yes, I’m sure 5 minutes after I post this we will overpay in draft picks for a half year rental we won’t resign and who will have a small impact but not enough. Think of a retread like Greg Olsen or Ziggy Ansah but with slightly more impact.

I also expect us to go on a small winning streak 2-3 games when RW gets back before Pete remembers that the ONLY way to win is on defense and pulls the plug on the new O showing up the old O.

If the numbers are to be believed the team has about 53 million in cap space with 37 players under contract for 2022. The team might already be thinking of 2022.

Still have til Tuesday to make trades. Not saying they will, but there will be plenty of action league wide. Well, maybe not plenty, but some.

Negative ghost rider, the pattern is full.

The foreseeable future has been more than adequately destroyed.
