Orr also is considered a candidate to become the Seahawks' defensive coordinator, a source told ESPN. Orr, a former NFL linebacker, spent the past two seasons working with Macdonald in Baltimore.

Orr has been coaching along side Macdonald longer than 2 years.

He's still under contract with Dallas. Jerry could Block it.

Plus, MacDonald will be calling the defense. So, it wouldn't make sense for Quinn to come aboard.

I'd much rather have Orr than Quinn. Quinn is a known quantity and not an impressive one. High floor low ceiling. I'd rather bring on Orr and potentially have a much higher ceiling.

My original post was on Wednesday and that was announced Thursday. Dennard Wilson was the other option I was looking at from the Ravens' defensive staff who was being interviewed by other teams. It was announced that same day that Wilson is going to Tennessee as DC.
