Remember when everybody freaked out about us trading a backup catcher to get that guy?
Oaklands attendance on a weeknight isn't any worse than the mariners... And the athletics have been one of the few franchises over the last decade that have been as futile as the mariners. It'll pick up if the wins keep coming. The Outfield":1jj7kilm said:Maybe the A's will move to Sacramento. They have only had like 15k attendance on their 2nd and 3rd games.

But let's remember... baseball is 162 games and there will be many stretches we go 2-2 on the road and are happy with it. And the As are a good club
Still.... aside from Morse the plate appearances have been less than encouraging. Hopefully a change in location will inspire

I see Felix got beat last night. They've been so miserable so long I find it very hard to get excited about them anymore.

Every year there is always a gaping hole in the squad. In previous years, our bats couldn't hit a damn thing, but pitching was aces with at least two premier starters, capable relievers, and an ace closer with a red hot fastball. Fielding was also top notch, and had to be because nobody could bat in runs to save their lives.
This year it is the exact opposite. The bats are really whacking the ball around but pitching is a real weakness, especially with such awful, awful relievers. The entire bullpen sucks, top to bottom, except for Carter Capps.

They traded from a position of strength to add offense, something every Ms fan has been begging for since the ill adviosed Bedard trade.

That's true... I just hope they don't trade them all away for more garbage.
