Unfortunately he could not be more spot on. Pete better adapt to the talent on this team and start tailoring this team to Wilson. Why else would you pay your quarterback 20÷ million a year if not to build the team with him as the focal point?

He isn't stupid, so I believe he will adapt I'm just not arrogant enough to know what adaptation he will choose. Because there are many ways to skin a cat.

Pete's done sooner then later if he doesn't and it may be far sooner then anyone would imagine.

I think Pete has earned the benefit of the doubt from paul. If we don't make the playoffs this season I think there might be some serious discussions at the top about many of the issues with offensive coaching and strategy, but I can't imagine Paul would fire him or force him to do anything. I would guess Pete has a job here as long as he wants it. I think the defense will come around by game 6 or 7, but the offense is pretty broken at a core level in multiple spots. Adapt or die.
