That would be absolutely brilliant to have him ready to play, then sit him and miss the playoffs (or home field advantage) because we were too conservative.

Focus on the current week, not the next.

Florio isn't a journalist. He just shovels [manure] and then publishes it.

Or.. he's exactly what the media has to come to. No news, just speculation. He's useless.

"1 & 0 - every week " ~ Russell Wilson :th2thumbs:

Thanks for bringing up this observation! Pete and his coaching staff will need to be convinced that Percy is ready for physical contact before letting him play....period! He might well need all of three weeks of practice before he is ready to play "with the big boys".

I do think they're going to be very conservative with him if we're rolling along, but they most certainly would want to get him going before the playoffs start.
Wholeheartedly agree with this. Gradually work him in so that he's full speed going into the playoffs. Our staff and coaches have demonstrated this behavior repeatedly. They don't just throw a guy in there and play him full practice or thorough entire games. PFT is moving from hacks to clueless status.

Harvin will be playing when he can. Actually, coming back in week 8-9 would be great if that is the earliest he can go.

Harvin is an exceptional freak of an athlete with a huge range of potential impact. Teams have to game plan for HIM on his own. He frequently turns screens and underneath catches into +10 gains, along with reverses or option plays.

You add that to an offense that already functions and my oh my. He can be on the field with ANY of the RBs and create so many openings for them.

Get him on the field ASAP. Force the opponent to deal with him. He could be in mid season form for the likely playoff run the Hawks will be him. No one has ANY footage of him in a Seahawks game. The opponent has absolutely no idea of what it will look like, he has only one season of football with a high level QB under center and that was Favre.
