I went with JSN. DeeJay is more of a kickoff returner, no?

DJ, we will carry 4 RB's due to injury concerns
Good point, I see Dallas as the primary PR and also see him as RB3, and yes, returning punts there is a concern for injury.

The first quality reply for carrying 4 RBs on the 53 that I have seen on this forum. Bravo.

JSN for two reasons.

Carroll has a history of playing young, ascending stars on special teams, especially as a returner.
Carroll values possession more than any other football philosophy.
From the fore-mentioned group, JSN is the most natural fit at it. The best combination of hands and decision making.

The decision-making part is what determines longevity. JSN won't get himself hurt by making a bad judgment call.

Up until last week, I was convinced it was McIntosh. It still may be. Kenny meets the criteria as well.

Not on the list but I think it's Tre Brown if he makes the team. If not him then McIntosh. In close games it's a fair catch from Lockett.
Not a bad guess. Tre Brown returned kickoffs in college at Oklahoma, and very effectively. None of the running backs, except for DJ Dallas, have any experience returning punts, although McIntosh and Walker did return kickoffs in college. I thought that with their speed, Witherspoon or Jerrick Reed might have returned kicks, but they did not.
