Assuming we have Levi’s, Richardson and Carter at 5, what to do with the pick?

I do NOT want a QB with this money.

Let the new unicorn miracle worker QB coach loose on Geno and Lock. I wanna see what we can get out of Lock long term.

Then bring bobby and irvin back for a year or two to lead the new guys. And for god's sake, please go back to the 4-3.

I don't think anybody is going to care about Carter's misdemeanor driving charges come May. And in May 2024 they'll be talking about this the same way they do Laremy Tunsil and Frank Clark's character concerns.

I would be more hesitant about his work ethic than anything. Probably hard to stay motivated when you're consider head and shoulders above the rest of your position group and a possible #1 draft pick.

Still, Carter's a generational talent at a position of need. I think we'll RUN up to the podium if he's still there.

I would consider it a real coup if we hit on Carter at 5 and added Bresee at 20.
