Game ball today Offense and Defense

Sweezy and Giacomeni seemed to have very solid games run blocking.

I have personally been down on Sweezy, mostly for his poor pick up during pass protection. But on running plays? Oh man. That guy brings it and is a mauler. He is a true mauler. And I love it. Okung, Unger, and McQuistan need to observe and learn how its done on running plays from these two.

I think Bailey is pretty decent on running plays too by the way.

I was on the road and listening on radio, but the three names I kept hearing on defense were the unholy trifecta do Mebane (line), Wagner (linebackers) and Kam (secondary). Those three guys up the middle made the difference.

Tate gets my overall game ball. Without him being a physical guy who has the tenacity to fight for yards and the ball our offense is dead in the water. No offense to Lynch but without Tate they could have stacked up against the run all day long.

Quinn and Bevell and Pete. They figured out stuff from last week and made great steps to making us look like a chjampionship team again this week.
