Based on the coaches' ability to turn freak athletic talent in to football skills, this guy will be an All Pro in three seasons.

How tall is he?
5-9'' or 5-10''. But he has very good quickness from what I hear

Thats in Thurmond's range. Thurmond had long arms so he played bigger.

My first thought was he can return punts too. Anyone know?

Never even thought about this, but wow that would be interesting with his speed

A 6th for a guy who can't stick with the Jags, Eagles, Rams and Colts? I obviously haven't seen him play yet, but sounds like we got fleeced lol

This could be a record...17 mins after the trade is announced and we write him off.

Perhaps he needs our system to flourish.

I'm not writing him off, just surprised we had to give up a 6th for a guy who hasn't been able to stick on anyone's roster as of yet.

Do you know how long this guy's arms are?

'Zactly. He doesn't need to be better than the guys on all those other teams. Sure, we'd like him to be, obviously, but the criteria is that he's better than anyone else we have or can get. Apparently he is.

Returned 7 punts throughout his college career. In a draft profile I saw, his second position is listed as KR.

Schneider and Carroll love guys with long arms. I looked all over but can't find any info.

My buddy Josh, a Colts fan is pissed. Hes been a Colt fan since 90 and is as in tune as anyone on here is about the Hawks. He said its the equivelant to us losing Thurmond. He has that much upside. He is completely unsettled by this move. So im gonna say Pete and John did it again.

Perhaps they intend to develop an Antoine Winfield style DB.

Seems strange to give up anything higher than a 7th for someone who is probably going to be cut. This tells me the Seahawks really wanted him and he wasn't likely to be cut.

Our 6th is going to be one pick ahead of the 7th round...

didn't we trade our 7 round pick to the raiders for T.P already? maybe that's why they had to give them a 6th.

This guy might play the slot CB

The pick for Pryor was in this previous draft. We have our 7th after this year.

Not only does Seattle need immediate help at slot corner, but the four year contract provides a known quantity for the accounting department into the future. It isn't just about bringing in a speed guy that Carroll (who started as a db positional coach) can coach up. The money end of it may prove to be the difference for retaining another player when resigning time comes.

Well worth a 6th in my opinion.

I can see John Schneider, looking at this guy, hoping he becomes a stud. If only because he continues to mutter, "Executive of the year. I'll show you executive of the year..."
