Chiefs 2-14 record last year got them the pansy schedule. The combined record of their opponents this year is 14-33. Of course that includes the 7 loses to KC. They will be exposed in their divisional games if Buffalo doesn't do it this week. The 14 point swing on the goal line interception was killer. Bills should have kept Tavaris.

Man, in addition to some bone-headed mistakes, the Bills have had some really bad breaks.

The Chiefs don't look good at all.

That doesn't explain why through most of the season, the Broncos schedule was just as weak

Nearly blown some powder puff games.

When will this bubble burst?

What team are you talking about here?

And now a Jeff Tuel pick six for 90 odd yards to turn the game around in Buffalo.

Week 11 in Denver. They play Denver and San Diego twice and Washington and Indianapolis and Oakland. Not easy, 4 on the road also. 3-4 losses wouldn't shock me.

Sure it does....AFC West combined with the the AFC South and the NFC East.

They would probably have lost that game if not for that stupid interception returned for a TD.

Big swing from 21-0 to 14-7. Just about like the break against the ninnirs when we blocked their field goal attempt and retuned it for a TD.

That seemed to be the turning point to me.

It was,17-3 isn't 10-10, especially if you're dealing with Alex Smith.

Ouch. This stings--but there is some truth to your quip.

Very ironic thread.

Our bubble burst against the Colts.

And since then we've ground out some wins despite an ever growing injury list.

So no, it isn't.

The last place schedule is only part of it. Denver plays a candy-corn schedule too and they definately weren't in last place last season. The big reason that KC has played such a weak schedule so far is that the NFC East is unexpectedly putrid this year.

Funny how the Niners fans are back on this board during their bye week. Maybe y'all should win a game against a team with a +.500 record before talking?

You mean like Green Bay? You had to go into OT against a 0-7 team at home in front of your precious 12. Keep talking gonna laugh my ass off when you guys don't get as far you predict. Your record and your "wins" will get you to the playoffs but if you play like the last two games, you will one and done.

Yesterday was at home? 1pm start, 0-7 team, 12th man, calls going your way, the perfect scenario and you still had to go to OT to win. You should wait to see if your team can fix it's issues before you talk too much about any other team.

Both teams have issues, but you just labeled the ONE team that the Niners beat that is over 0.500. I also note that Green Bay has improved since you played them, and that game went to the wire.

By contrast Seattle has beaten two teams with a winning records and one of those was on the road (yes the Pathers who are a darn good team).

I get that as the memory of the first Seattle game and Colts game fades, the Niner fans are getting more and more brash, but the fact remains that Seattle for all it's injuries and struggles has still won, and this is the NFL not the BCS.

While I understand your point, the Bucs are winless, and hungry, and let it all hang out, classic trap game, and seattle overcame a pretty large deficit to win, a win is a win, at the end of the day thats all that matters.
