Thats new, look at the concrete pedestal, it hasn't went dark grey yet. Still has some of the chalky residue also. Welcome sign for new recruits and draft and UDFA'S to see.

New? Been there quite awhile. The SB plaque was up on February 3rd. I took a photo about 12 hours after they won.

In relative terms, jeez, concrete takes time to dry out completly

The sign has been there since at least 2010. All they did was raise the sign up a few feet with the new concrete. I never said the concrete wasn't new. I said the SIGN isn't new.........
