All the roster transactions were covered in the proceeding tweets you quoted.

CB Dontae Johnson to injured reserve.
CB Akeem King promoted to active roster from practice squad.
FS Earl Thomas from did not report to active roster.

So King to the active roster for Johnson. But doesn’t someone need to be released to make room for ET?

Room was created earlier in the week with the waiver of CB Simeon Thomas.

More
Seattle has also re-signed CB Simeon Thomas to practice squad, along with WR Malik Turner. Seahawks released DT Frank Herron to make room on the PS (promotion of Reynolds created the other spot on the PS).

Thanks Jville, updated.

Had noted the Herron, Thomas and Turner moves already.

I hope that 7th round pick we traded to Oakland was conditional pick as Luani didn't play a down here.

I'd thought the team was going to keep Reynolds on the 53 at final cuts but that might have meant losing Moore who I think will be a special player in time.

Still one more potential roster move as the PS is done one player. and the PS is heavily overweighted with offensive players.

It is being widely reported the Seahawks have signed OLB- Mychal Kendricks to a 1 year contract. This yet to be announced as it may require league approval.

Kendrick’s plays WOLB which means there is a likelihood that KJ Wright may be delayed in his recovery or that his knee situation is more complicated than earlier believed. Kendricks is certainly an excellent player but comes with a cloud over him as a result of his recent guilty plea to an insider trading charge that is likely to net him a jail sentence. This certainly is an unusual signing for the team and one which may create a storm of negativity, but one which will improve the depth at LB. He could even play on Monday.

The team will need to make a roster move and a player to be named will need to be released to fit Kendricks on the roster. I don’t see the player to be Griffin which means Grace is likely the player to be named. Time will tell.

I will list Kendricks as signed for now and adjust the depth chart after it becomes clear who is released.

Think this transaction is pending league approval.

To me it appears to be a good addition and I suspect this player has been on the team's radar since college.

I suspect Amara Darboh was in denial of his injury. Although, we may never know for sure.

I suspected this would happen as the player's agent grieved the flat out waived circumstance and the Hawks will likely be eating the medical bills.

Updated.

Well since he may have known it was not the right thing to do, he could get a suspended sentence and a community service situation, these type of crimes are not going to put him in San Quentin but a lightly monitored work release type situation.

I agree Martha Stewart didn’t plead guilty and was sentenced to 5 month jail and two years probation for the same offence. Stewart’s trades were more significant and there was no acknowledgment of wrongful conduct.
