Rice, Clemons, and Miller should be restructured or cut. I think we could extend ET and Okung and end up reducing the cap hits cause their rookie contracts were before the new CBA and quite pricey. Red Bryant and Lynch could be possible restructures as well.

Okung is making much more than production warrants IMO. Restructuring his deal would be ideal.

I don't think you're going to get a LT, one year removed from a pro-bowl, to take less money. Likely, it would be drastically weighted the other direction. When healthy, he is one of the best LT's in the game. Those guys have pretty fat wallets.

Why should anyone of them restructure ? Clemons and Rice have been down, their contract protected them and they know it. Millers value isn't seen in a Stat sheet and his price goes down just in his contract. Go ahead and piss off Okung, you will have Carpenter protecting Wilsons backside as soon as Okung can leave, everyone was bitching about McQ there when Okung was out and forgets that fact. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth when you have something good. LT are the second highest position paid in the league for a reason.
