Bold prediction, Mr. Breda.

I'll see your 10 points and raise you 3 more.

All Seahawks in this one. 30 to 17.

I hope you guys are right. I just don't have it in me to ever think a game with the Clams will ever be easy. Almost always a tough, ugly battle.
They're a broken team, nowhere near what they once were. They'll put up a fight but will be clearly outclassed in all three phases of the game.

The Rams lost a lot of players on defense in the off-season. It's not just Bobby Wagner and Jalen Ramsey. Greg Gaines, A'Shawn Robinson, Leonard Floyd, Troy Hill, Nick Scott and Taylor Rapp are all gone. That's 8 starters from their defense that they had to replace this year.

The Rams always seem to bring out the worst in the Seahawks. The Seahawks have played poorly against the Rams (for the most part) since 2016 (Kam's holdout). They lost to a John Wolford led Rams in the playoffs.

We should win and I like our roster more on paper. However, the first week is always chaotic.

Last year the Bears (3-14) beat the 49ers (14-3) by 9 points. The Buccaneers beat the Cowboys by three scores in Dallas. Two years ago, a middling Saints team beat the eventual 13-4 Packers by 35 points.

There are fewer padded practices and preseason games, and fewer starters playing in the preseason than ever before. As a result, the first game of the regular season is increasingly the first time many starters are playing a high volume of full contact meaningful snaps since the previous year.

Combine that with how competitive most divisional games can be and I'm not going to overreact to week 1 in either direction. In my view, the changing rules are turning week 1 into a preseason game that happens to count.

First game in like 25 years I am going to with RedAlice and JTT, so opening night, Rams, good company and a Cherry getting broken, my wife has never attended a live Pro Football Game, has to be a win right, sorry RedAlice but 35 Seahawks, 15 Rams.

Looking forward to it!

Rams D prolly isn’t stopping much, so they’ll have to score quite a bit to win. Without Kupp. We have a TE out too with Hunter.

I’ll go with Nacua having a lovely first game and Atwell stepping up. Rams 38, Hawks 35.

I like to be hopeful.

Rams - 13

Rams are trash this year. Don't forget about Wags, he literally picked McVay's brain on how he attacks Seattle, so that may come into play.

I like this little fact.

Tho, as has been constantly pointed out here - Rams lost 8 or so D starters. It’s a diff D now, little youngins that W doesn’t know.

I don't think it will be close.

31-13 for the home team. Stafford gets rubbed hard a few times. The Hawks run all over the Rams.

Definitely a possibility.

Oops….responded to wrong post.

Hi MizzouHawkGirl!
Hi Red Alice just so you know I love whiskey so I'm tipsy but in my entire memory it doesn't matter what each team has or doesn't have because we truly hate each other and that's what you live for as a fan. I actually went to Arrowhead a couple years ago to enjoy Erin losing.

I hope you enjoy Lumen Field and us IRL we are genuinely very nice people but football right?

I should make the time to watch Me3 next but Arrowhead isn't disabled friendly at all.
