He offered to sell Wilson’s house. Wilson said no. House is still on the market so I heard.

I already own 2 homes in Washington State. If I bought another I’d have to refinance my first house and the property taxes are through the roof as is for both. Overhead maintenance costs for one rental I barely break even but at least someone else is paying my mortgage for me

Nothing since 08’ really affected the housing market like it did during the sawmill closure and lumber inflation in 08’. I remember paying $5 bucks a sheet for quarter inch plywood prior to 08’ and since has been sky high. Could go on and on but that’s for another thread

He's a beloved receiver.

Love the dude, well, except for the increasingly avoidance of contact after catch.

BUT, if I'm looking for a detail oriented real estate agent that makes sure my interests are represented, and each box ticked off:

Then I'd definitely be looking for someone who can consistently spell the word "Contract". Being that it's legal and shit.

But hey, that's just me ;) I know, I know...... 'details', right?

Well Calgary, I suppose you could say he’s under contact with the ball quite a bit under contract. Perhaps it’s a Freudian slip for him.

And reading that bio, my immediate question is what happens when your obligations to the Seahawks and that of a realtor collide any Time after PTA’s or the season? Not every deal closes on a Tuesday.
