People say that yet he is avoided and if you hear a CB’s name mentioned most times its because they got beat.

Normally I agree but he lines up in the slot against mid receivers most of the time. He also locked people up last year and I heard his name all the time because he was impacting game in other ways. I'm not even blaming him at this point just would like to see the 5th overall pick utilized in a way he can make a bigger impact.
