I was wondering about strength of schedules amongst playoff teams. Interesting stats. So, nobody can say we took the easy road.

Against playoff teams / Games won
NFC
Seahawks 8 / 6
Whiners 8 / 4
Lambs 8 / 4
Packers 6 / 2
Bears 5 / 3
Eagles 6 / 3
Panthers 7 / 2

AFC
Patriots 4 / 2
Broncos 6 / 4
Chargers 6 / 3
Buffalo 6 / 3
Texans 8 / 4
Jaguars 8 / 5
Stealers 6 / 1

Yea the same ole narrative/bias remains and will continue to be “a thing”.

Some of the pundits are fair and honest but for some reason many of them refuse to come straight out and give credit where it’s due.

The D-Bag Collingsworth was talking about all the great QBs and teams in the playoffs this season, not a single word about Darnold (back to Back 14 win season), or the Seahawks (freaking 14-3)

We can win the SB, and some of them will talk about how the other teams lost without even acknowledging how well the Seahawks played ALL YEAR.

Great to see all the numbers from the other teams. I know your numbers for us are 100% accurate but I prefer to say that we beat every playoff team we played. It just has such a great ring to it.

But that means they haven't played US yet either!
there are 3 of those teams that don't scare me that much. especially on a neutral field

For me these teams we haven’t played yet are just teams we may get to beat in the post season.

Was just thinking about this today that we beat 6 playoff teams and nobody is talking about it. Thought maybe because we were on the short end of the stick but nuarr, Seahawks have the best clip going .750 against Play-Off opponents. Thanks.

Are people still saying that?

Until week 13 it was pretty much true, we had not beaten the Rams, 49ers or Panthers and the Texans and Steelers were on the outside looking in. Our only win at that point against a team in a playoff position was against the Jags.

Our schedule was loaded with the tough games at the end of the season, winning out through those games proved we could beat play-off teams, before those games the team was still unproven against quality opposition.

This team will be an incredibly difficult out for anyone. Mainly as the squad is HEALTHY. On offense we have been lucky to only really lose Horton for the playoff run and maybe a back up WR/RB, but on the defensive side I don’t think they have lost anyone (bar Hankins).

Jags and Texans are getting all the hype in the AFC, media should rewatch the matches they had with Seattle this year to see which team dominated those games.
