I'm doing my pick 'em now. I think Arizona beats Detroit, and that's about the only upset I see. Aside from SF winning in Seattle, anyway. But I wouldn't consider that an upset in week 2.

Most interesting game is Oakland v Jacksonville.

Is AZ an upset? Isn't that in the desert?

Oakland and the Jags will be interesting. I'm pretty impressed with Pryor. And, my ego's telling me I didn't whiff THAT bad on the Jags, its just the Chiefs are pretty good.

Detroit is only -1, but not everyone thinks the Cardinals are going to win the Super Bowl this year like you do. I'm not a believer

Ha!

Carson Palmer will lose games going 27/41 3TD's, 4 INT's 24-44. How he does that, only god knows. He's the worst "good" quarterback I've ever seen.

I think the Titans are legit.

Jags with Henne will be better than with Gabbert, but not by much. I've watched every game from this weekend, and the Jags were easily the worst team on any field in the NFL last week. I think their offense will see an uptick when Blackmon gets back, but for now the only real playmakers they have are MJD and Shorts, and neither are enough to take over a game. They will need a lot of help from Oakland to win.

Oakland on the other hand looked much better than I figured, simply from an effort perspective. They aren't a very good team, but this looks like a game they can win.

Agree on Arizona, that is the only real "upset" this week.

Oh, wow, nice to see the OSU "hostess" from the SI article is still fluffing Weeden, if only from a distance. Your Weeden love runs deep, we get it.

Stillers are a fools bet, the loss of Pouncey for the year really hurts them.

I like the Browns and Fins. Despite Weeden

If the Steelers have their backs against the wall, in a new season, Rooney couldn't ASK for a better opponent than the Bengals. I know the Bengals are uber-talented, but until they prove otherwise, I'm betting they can be beaten by determination and toughness.

I know, I know, in this forum redheaded QB's are all the rage.

Off-Topic; Dalton, Kitna and Pennington are pitted against each other in a QB challenge. Who wins?

None of them. Boomer Esiason rises from the grave and slays them with his albino eyebrows.
