That's actually a good question, at least in terms of a playoff game. It would have to be a kickoff return TD, or have occurred as either a running TD or passing TD on the first play, or perhaps a passing TD on the second play after the first play stopped the clock. And then you'd have to shutout the other team, or held them to six points or fewer the rest of the game. Yeah, if it's not so, it's amongst one other or a tiny handful of others to have done it, especially in a playoff game.
