Love how the skip is yelling get ice on it and call to make sure the clinic is ready. Then calmly goes "whats the score?" haha

Kind of surprised to see the Time Bandit crew on the Seahawks bandwagon.

I spent most of the 80's and early 90's in Homer, AK and Seahawks fans were a decided minority.

Caught a lot of grief for wearing my Seahawks cap on the fish dock from most of the boat crews, including the Time Bandit.

Nice! Maybe we ran in to each other at some time? I know Andy really well and have done some work on the Time Bandit while working for my buddy Tim Carr (Advanced Propeller). Also did some work on the Maritime Maid while working for Maritime Helicopters.

Let me guess, were you working for Floyd? (aka "Floyd R. Turbo") :D

Edit: As a matter of fact, we were deer hunting on Afognak on the Resolution and I had tuned in a Seahawks game. Damn that Andre Reed :D

If you spent any time in the Salty Dawg we probably did. I was dock foreman for Seward Fisheries for a while then drove truck for D&S Trucking.

Oh yea, I've walked home from there a couple of times after spending all my money :D Floyd has Karavan trucking there and has done pretty well for himself. Every time I'm in Homer I have to drive out to the spit several times just to see all of the cool boats.

Yeah, but your link goes into more detail James. Not as much as was shown on the show. But it's cool to get the props from the show, even though we lost.

Couple of things:

- The guy driving the deckhand to the hospital looks like Eddard Stark (Game of Thrones)
- Was it a fireworks that got the deckhand or what? You would think a fused explosive would give you time to vacate the area so maybe it wasn't an M80 or the like?
- Moffitt looks like the illegitimate son of Eddard Stark, Jon Snow

Hmm, could have sworn I posted this yesterday. I guess I wasn't explicit enough in the title?

But it is Kitsap, so he probably was pulling an all-nighter keeping folks systems up and running.

Only saw the one, James. They've been merged into one giant ball of awesomeness.

The F/V Time Bandit Family thanks everyone who has reached out in concern for Dave 'Beaver' Zielinski after viewing this week's episode of Deadliest Catch. We are pleased to report that Dave is doing well and is expected to make a full recovery.

Capt. Jonathan Hillstrand, the co-owner of the Time Bandit, was the one driving him to the hospital. They take turns captaining the boat. One will do it for blue crabs, one for king crabs and so on during the season.

Whatever it was, it shattered his bone between the wrist and elbow. They showed them resetting it during the show before they sent him to Seattle to get better care for it.

Perhaps in an upcoming episode they will show exclusive footage of exactly what happened. If not, I'm sure they will go into more detail once After The Catch starts later on.

Not to be a nit picker Kitsap, but the Bandit doesn't fish for Blue Kings, just Red Kings and Opillios AKA Snow Crab.

But you are right, it was Jonathan driving to the clinic.

I was just going to post that link to The Soup...Funny stuff.

I've met Jonathan Hillstrand a few times...He lives in my town Maple Valley. See him at the grocery store, Taco Time (with Paul Johns there too!) and I hear he's a frequenter of the little bar at 4 Corners.
