LOL...I don't think time played as big of a role in his recovery as distance. After putting 670 miles between himself and the LOB, both VD and his hammy were able to relax.

Harbaugh should threaten VD with a call from Singletary. He still needs toughening.

I'd take him for us in a second , but I think Kam Bam and LOB got in his head.

If he were here, he wouldn't ever get to practice. Just stand there sharting himself that he had to go against LOB every day.

You know, that's funny but I had the same thought. I was thinking that if keep owning the Niners until the end of his contract, if he would consider coming up here.

I've strained a hamstring and felt much better a few days later. Doesn't say that he's 100% right now, just needs rest (which makes sense).

He would have caught that ball if his hammy held up. Only reason the 9ers lost the game.

You could tell that the guy simply "tapped out" in that game. He most likely was bothered by soiling his pants when he saw Kam coming over on the Sherman INT - which coincidentally was the play he was "injured."

Wow so anyone wonder who our LOB would react to this player pretty much admitting he faked his injury because he was scared the LOB was gunna make him his b$$$$ again

Why is every single injury to a Seahawk player on this board perceived to be season ending, yet an injury to an opponent is perceived as faking?

I'll never question a football player saying that he's injured.

However, I do think those guys are in his head. Honestly, I think this team is in their team's head, including Harbaugh's head. I'm still amazed by Harbaugh's stunned, yet muted "Wow" after the Russell Wilson shovel pass to Golden Tate.

Have you ever seen Harbaugh do anything like that? The dude is, um, hyper-confident and super-energetic (putting it nicely) every game. Sunday, he looked pretty much like a dead man walking for the second half.

And this is the classic example of a guy quitting when he has had enough. We shouldn't be surprised since this isn't the first time Vernon Davis has quit during a game.

I haven't seen that at all.

And even if I've missed that, in this case, it's completely warranted in this case. VD would prefer fashion modeling over seeing the LoB again.

Uhhh, Vernon didn't practice monday and didn't practice today either.

Seems like an awful lot of trouble to go through for a fake injury.

Maybe he's a method actor. :)

just on ESPN VD didn't practice this whole week. So it could be true, but people always say they feel allright.

IDN, I think VD was intimidated by the LOB, but IMHO, VD, is not afraid, just respectful of the LOB, as RS, KC, ET, and BB/WT, R BA's big time. :stirthepot:
