UPDATE: Carroll: Lynch has chance to return Week 17

Coach Pete Carroll said Marshawn Lynch (abdomen) has a chance to return for Week 17 against the Cardinals.
"If today and tomorrow go well," according to Carroll, Lynch may be able to practice Wednesday. And then if he gets cleared, Lynch would be able to return for Sunday's regular-season finale. It'd be an ideal spot for Lynch to knock the rust off ahead of Wild Card weekend.

I'd love to ride the beast to another Super Bowl, have him retire on top of the world. Hand the reigns to Rawls next year and he can sit back and enjoy retirement. Sure hope he's healthy, he is badly missed right now.

FYI

I believe he was in Seattle for "an event" over the weekend but went back to his MMA trainer in the Bay area after that.

Not sure if sarcasm but I think it's a pretty darn good idea, myself.

Give him a couple/few carries to get the rust out and hopefully he's gold for the postseason.
