The gist of it all is :

*TEAMS* win games.

NFL Football is a *TEAM* game.

Someone here tossed a wisecrack my way when I said that, calling me Captain Obvious when he was trying to downplay Sam's clutch performance by mentioning Shaheed's punt return.

Stating facts is not being Captain Obvious. It's stating facts.

Actually it does because if (or rather WHEN) they beat the Niners, then the Niners ain't winning shit.
