Found this in a small article on Robert Griffin's return to practice for some stretching. Hadn't seen it posted yet. If it belongs in the NFL section, my apologies.

There's still no timetable for Griffin's return, but he isn't expected back for several weeks at the earliest. Coach Jay Gruden would only say that Griffin is ''making progress.''

Gruden also said cornerback Tracy Porter has been ruled out for Monday night's game against the Seattle Seahawks. Porter aggravated a right hamstring injury last week.

Bombs away. Then hurt them with Beast. Them mix it all in. Beatdown!
Or vice-versa. I pound Beast Mode first, then drop the bomb. But whatever. :)

He saw Lynch on the schedule, then Porter walked into the coaches office this week and said he had some freak injury pop up all of a sudden.

Came down with a bad case of Bruised Ego, typically takes 7 days to recover from.
