1- NIL isn’t paid by the schools. But trying to enforce this rule, will just mean the end for lots of men’s and women’s sports in college.
2- They have no control over outside companies or collectives paying athletes. So how can they enforce anything
3- As soon as a football player(s) take them to court over this. They will lose, and it will go right back to what we have now.
