The Titans have been trying to copy our Seahawks for a long time now, this comes as no surprise.

Hawks should ask for a package deal, want Matt? Got to take Wili Schneider too.

While he certainly makes his share of mistakes, I get the feeling that some will hate anything JS does. And that's fine. Dig in.

JS has one thing hanging over him for me. If he’s going to be on record with his statement on guards and his are out there playing like doodoo, he’s gotta own that and course correct.

When I start hearing the deafening sound of crickets, I will know that free agency has begun.

No doubt we won't be active during free agency. Unless we traded DK and cut Geno. Otherwise we don't have much to spend.

We say that almost every year but manage to get what we are looking for, John never does anything first wave of F.A. too much over spending in auctioneering for high end guys. Wait till second or third wave there. Skill players are not our need at least, O line and maybe interior D line, signing our own guys first.

If we can sign Ernest Jones before Free Agency, John can keep his job for draft. It’s too late to fire a GM. I feel he keeps talking about Green Bay model but never really drafted a later round QB and developed a couple. We will continue to pay for that costly miss. We should continue developing QBs in this league. We also need to draft like the Rams or 49ers do and develop them. They have for a while been drafting after us and still their roster is continuously able to produce.

When Geno and JS are gone I won't have much left to complain about. Most everyone else at this point gets a lot of patience form me even if I don't agree with some decisions.

It seems other organizations don't view our front office as failures like some around here.
As long as JS has been here we have had 1 member of our evaluation staff leave for a GM position. The current SF regime has had at least 3 in half that span.

Also, the Tenn gig is called GM but is actually an Asst GM gig if you read the fine print. They have no real say and are basically a personel person.
