They are calling ticky tack fouls all night. The taunting was one. That was one.
It was an iffy hold but then so was that 'taunt' (good luck verifying he was yelling...you wouldn't hear it over the stadium noise)
By definition, that is a hold. Usually they let something like that go - but he was holding the guy back from making the tackle when his body was already enough of a barrier.

That taunt was not even close to ticky tack. It was blatant. You don't need to yell for it to be a taunt.
