Sure, they can finish 8-8. But is that really a victory? Going back to 1990, the Rams have had a winning record only 4 times. 4 out of 26. This kind of consistency explains why they'd be attracted to Jeff Fisher, who has only 6 winning seasons in 20 full seasons as a head coach, and is only 11 losses behind Dan Reeves for the most in NFL coaching history. A match made in heaven. Hopefully, Kroenke can bring that trainwreck in for a landing at LAX after the season.

It's funny because it's true.

The Deadspin article of why your team sucks was again spot on

I don't know how they do it. I knew Foles wasn't great, but they have made him terrible.

Maybe this is why their attendance is not good.

Terrible results, terrible owner, terrible coach, terrible QB, terrible OL, horrid lack of discipline...

Maybe, just maybe, there is a link? Ten years ago the attendance was great. They were having success similar to SEA is having now. It's been pretty much like this ever since.

But I, and STL, still love them. It's truly a curse.

Maybe the Browns can sign over that "Factory of Sadness" to us. We actually get hype and fail. Very sad, indeed.

I'm all in on Paxton Lynch, though. Hate to see him go to the Browns. But shoot, what's the difference.

@superman.

You do not need to live in StL to love the Rams. Many of us LA fans also have loved this team through all the losing seasons and still looooooove them today, right NOW!

My babies. My losing little loving babies.

I love the RAMS. My Rams.

eta: one of my bday presents today was a Rams bus that I can renovate for tailgates if the Rams come home. I don't know yet if they are coming home, but that was a pretty cool present from someone who loves me. BIG smiles.

If i get that bus........you are all welcome. Even StL fans.

So if the losses continue and they finish say 5-11 or 6-10 does Coach Cheap Shot finally get the axe?

Why, what's changed? I could have sworn I saw somewhere that said Fisher's job is still safe.

Time to switch to the Cardinals. Haven't you suffered enough?

That was the worst attendance I've ever seen at the dome. The entire upper deck looked empty and the lower deck was maybe at 50%. The love is a curse....so true.

I do believe his job is safe for 2016. Kroenke seems to like to keep continuity with coaching on all his teams according to the St.L sportswriters. It could also be he doesn't want to pay $7 million for nothing.

Aaaaaand Rex gets to the heart of the matter. It's about the coin or Fish would be gone at the end of the year cuz I see a 6-10 or 5-11 (admittedly without looking at their schedule).

Rex's insight into his team seems to work inversely to the product on the field.

The stands could've been empty. Luckily one teams fans made an appearance today.

They already beat the Hawks once this season and the two teams face off again in a couple weeks. Playing around with the playoff simulators, when these two teams meet in a couple weeks it is pretty damn close to a must win. Rams may not be the best team, but they are still dangerous.

Rams fired their OC today, NOW you don't stand a chance against them!

OT: On another note - kind of strange to have a giant banner for the backup QB on the rails, and he kinda reminds me of a grown-up child actor from a Lil Debbie's commercial.
