Well, before October started I said we needed to come out of these last 5 games with at least a 3-2 record.
The Hawks just played 4 out of their last 5 games on the road. 2 were at 10am. 1 was on a short Thursday week.
We just played half of ALL our road games in the last 5 weeks. Think about that for a second.
And we came out 4-1. Mission accomplished.
I don't think I have ever felt this bad after a win. I feel sick. But when I think about the last 5 weeks, I have to be happy that we came out 4-1. That is a monster accomplishment that I don't think any other Hawk team would have been able to pull off.
Only 3 road games left in the final 8 games, boys and girls. Enjoy the ride.
