It probably improves their offense, honestly. This is... what? His third team this year?
Carolina traded him for peanuts, Baltimore suspended him and then cut him late in the season, and now Houston's cutting him during the playoffs.
He's got to be one of the worst locker room presences you can imagine. I'm sure some team next year will think they can fix him, though.

Yeah, but this looks like they only want him so that if another team grabs him they will possibly get a comp pick.
So Baltimore is counting on another team being dumb enough to think they can fix the dude, but they don't seem to have that intention.
