Was the ball Russell threw to him in the 4th catchable? I only had radio feed.

He had it in his hands but lost it as he went to the ground. Would have been a good catch, but should have been made.

Yes it was a good throw, but he hit the ground still stretched out, hard to keep it.

Ball fell exactly into his hands, just didn't pull it in and it bounced out when he hit the ground.

It was a forgivable drop IMO. Should have caught it, but when he couldn't secure it and it's just in his hands when he hits the ground stretched out, it's tough to keep a hold of it. Glad Kearse was like "I got you" the next play.

Fell right into his hands. It was absolutely catchable. Nearly every single catch he made in the preseason was more difficult.

Tough catch but all probably the easiest deep ball considering his preseason circus catches.

He caught all those in preseason so yes. Luckily Kearse showed how its done on the very next play.

When it first hit his hands, he let it slip through just enough that he couldn't control it to his body to hang on when he hit the turf. Would have been a great catch, fully extended, but yes, it was right in his hands and he has to make that catch.

Should have run through the catch. Slowed down before it got there. Should have been pretty easy.

It didn't look automatically catchable to me. Never had a chance to pull it in. Throw itself? Was very good.

It was catchable.

Tough, but catchable. He had both his arms around the ball and it popped out when he hit the ground.

That would have been an amazing catch if he held on to it. That was probably only a sure catch for fitzgerald.

It hit him right in the hands and he lost just going to the ground. He should have caught it for sure.

I stated in game day thread that he doesn't wear gloves or he didn't appear to have them and if his hands were sweaty he could have lost his grip easlily, now even saying that it was a catchable ball. What he did do was gas the defender on that play only to have Kearse run it again the next play and Kearse blew by his guy and got his jump ball catch which Kearse has always been money with.

This is what I thought when watching it as well. Saw him slowing down and wondered if Wilson underthrew it, then it goes over his head. I think Wilson threw that ball perfectly and if Williams has kept his clip it would have been an easy touchdown.
