I heard on postgame that he was telling someone his knees are just now starting to feel better. I guess they must have been worse than reported.

I was hoping that his lack of productivity was probably from his knee surgery. The possibility of him bringing his A-Game back is good to hear. He may not bring in Megatron numbers, but when he's on his A-Game he makes some really big catches.

I've been raggin' on Rice on here a lot. To me, he is supposed to be a top-20 WR...75/1200/8...Stevie Johnson/ Mike Williams/ Vincent Jackson type numbers. Solid WR1... He just doesn't provide that production right now and never has. I really hope his knees are the problem and that we can expect more from him going forward, if indeed he is getting healthier. Percy should help free up space down-field, and this will help certainly.

With his salary, I think Rice will likely get cut in the off-season or will be a candidate for a restructured contract at least.

I strongly believe that he is a guy that have to get involved early in the game. He seems to be way more effective when that happens.
