how much of these injuries are on the S & C staff not doing their jobs? These guys come form other teams or college, with little to no problems get here and all of a sudden they're made of glass.

Like 80% of the league minimum is struggling with injuries. Product of a violent game. Only so much S&C trainers can do to prevent injuries. They get blamed a lot, but I never see anyone suggest what they should be doing differently.
